About Me
Hello, I’m Sandra — a seeker, teacher, and joyful rebel with a heart for connection and a deep trust in life’s unfolding dance.
Over the years, my journey has taken many shapes — across countries, roles, and identities.
What ties it all together is a love of learning, a passion for people, and a fierce commitment to truth, growth and joy.
What I Believe
At the heart of everything I do is daring to live a life that is expansive. People often ask how I’ve done so many things in my life. My answer? I say YES — to invitations, to possibilities, to what lights me up.
I leap with an open heart and deep curiosity, trusting both life and my own resourcefulness. That willingness to say yes has shaped my life.
Why? Because joy often lives just beyond fear, just beyond what we thought we could do.
Unique joy and true power arise from realising you’ve just done something new — something you didn’t know you could do.

The Joy of Growth
Growth is challenging. It asks us to stretch, to face discomfort. And yet, it’s where the deepest joy lives.
The beauty of ADHD means I love learning and exploring more than I love the familiar.
I’ve learned to appreciate challenge because I know — behind it always hides a gift.
Each time I step into something new, I claim another part of me and connect with my limitlessness.
To thrive is to embrace all of who we are, even the parts we’ve been taught to hide — because our shadows are also our gifts.
“I am a light chaser who knowingly embraces the shadows.”

My Gift
I naturally see what lights people up and sense what will help others step into more of themselves.
I’m fearless, empathetic, and playful — and that means people feel safe to explore and expand when they’re with me.
I believe that organic, real growth comes from the school of life – following curiosity, one step at a time, supported by wise, passionate and loving guides.

Joy in a World That Dulls It

In a society that teaches us to compare, to dim, to shrink, living joyfully and expansively is an act of courage.
But even as a child in an often-joyless home, I knew:
“Life without joy isn’t worth living.”
I was born with a strong sense of who I am — and I knew I had to protect it.
I didn’t come to this world to please others. But I did come with deep respect for them.
That’s where the tension started… when I learnt to dim my light.
I became two people:
– the one on the inside whose joy emerged around the rare people who got my passion,
– and the one on the outside, palatable and expected.
Living Between Worlds

I grew up in a family of two extremes:
– Those who prioritised themselves no matter the impact
– And those who lost themselves in their efforts to care
I learnt that just living led by your inner truth without understanding others didn’t work.
Neither did sacrificing yourself for others.
So I’ve spent my life dancing the line between autonomy and connection, between self and others — learning how to stay true to myself while honouring others.
My quiet, unshakable rule:
“It has to be 50–50. Equal care. Equal respect.
If it only works for one of us, it doesn’t work.”

My Influences
I’ve lived and learned through the mirror of others — especially my family, partners and children, many of whom are on the autism spectrum. Their truth, their way of being, their struggles and strengths… have taught me more than any course ever could.
Still, five powerful frameworks have shaped my journey:
Rapid Transformational Therapy – for teaching me the power of the mind and the connection between body and soul
Human Design – for showing me who I am
Dance Therapy – for connecting to my inner voice and shifting my emotions
Nonviolent Communication (NVC) – for expressing care with curiosity and clarity
Internal Family Systems (IFS) – for meeting all parts of myself with compassion

Dancing With Life
People often ask how I do so much and stay so calm. The answer?
Balance — and dancing with life’s ever-shifting rhythms.
Rather than resist, I choose to move with it — with playfulness, creativity, and trust.
To create my own music, no matter what.
“Life is a dance between obligation and joy, self and others,
challenge and ease.”

Why I Created Dance With Life
Dance With Life was born from this path — and from the many young people I hosted who encouraged me to share what they felt while living and learning with me.
It’s not a business. It’s a different way of living – a return to the body, to joy, to aliveness.
It’s a school of life — for people who want to live from the inside out,
with freedom, integrity, and deep connection.
My Mission

To be a bridge:
– Between your inner light and the world that needs it
– Between the system and the soul
– Between radical self-respect and meaningful togetherness
I’m here to help you shine your true colours — without dimming anyone else’s light.
Let’s create your unique
dance with life.
Together.
